Data Security

We encrypt your personal details and payment information using industry-standard protocols. Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS credentials are never stored on our servers; payment details are processed by our licensed partners only.

Account Suspension Rules

We may temporarily suspend your account if we detect irregular activity, duplicate accounts or breach of terms. We'll notify you in writing within 24 hours and explain the reason, and you can appeal within seven days.

Withdrawal Verification

Before we send payouts to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS wallet, we verify your identity and account standing. This usually takes one to three business days; emergency requests may be prioritised if documented.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for seven years after closure for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. You can request deletion of non-essential data such as game history in writing to [email protected].

Policy Change Notifications

We email you whenever we update these terms or introduce new rules affecting your account or payouts. You have 14 days to review changes; silence after 14 days means you've accepted them.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe we've breached these terms, contact support with evidence. We investigate within five business days and respond with a decision and any remedial action, such as account credit or withdrawal authorisation.

It depends on the breach. Minor violations, such as inaccurate profile data, trigger a warning and a chance to correct. Serious breaches, such as duplicate accounts or fraudulent payments, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance. We always notify you in writing before taking action, and you have seven days to respond or appeal.

Yes. You can update your email, phone number, language preference and banking details from Settings > Account Info at any time. Changes to your name or date of birth require verification and may take one business day to process. Contact support if you need help updating sensitive information.

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS usually clear within one minute. Withdrawals require verification and take one to three business days. You must withdraw to the same payment method you deposited from. Minimum withdrawal is typically Rp 50,000; maximum depends on your account history and local law.

When you request account closure, we first pay out any remaining balance to your registered payment method within five business days. After payout is complete, your account is permanently deleted and cannot be reopened. Your account history is retained for seven years for compliance purposes.

We never store your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS login credentials. All payment processing is handled by licensed third-party gateways with encryption and fraud detection. Your personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply with local data protection laws and never share your details with third parties without your consent.
